Subex and TTK join hands to help Russian operators optimize business through fraud management and revenue assurance

Bangalore, INDIA: a leading global provider of Operations and Business Support Systems (OSS/BSS), announced today it has signed a reseller agreement with JSC "Company TransTeleKom" (???), one of Russia's top three fixed network providers. According to the agreement, TTK and Subex will jointly provide managed services covering Fraud Management and Revenue Assurance to growing operators in Russia.

This partnership will now allow TTK to offer the full gamut of managed services to operators, including consultancy in Fraud Management and Revenue Assurance with Subex's support, audits on Fraud Management and Revenue Assurance based on Subex's products, Fraud Management and Revenue Assurance Service Bureau Services based on Subex's products and fraud management and revenue assurance system implementations based on Subex's products. The two main products being used are Nikira™ Fraud Management System and Moneta™ Revenue Assurance System, both of which are key components of the Subex ROC - Revenue Operations Center.

Nikira™ Fraud Management System is the next generation Fraud Management Solution built to deliver on a three-step philosophy of Detect-Investigate-Protect. Nikira detects known fraud types and patterns of unusual behavior; helps investigate these unusual patterns for potential fraud and uses the knowledge generated to upgrade and protect against future intrusions.

Moneta™ Revenue Assurance System offers a set of pre-configured solution templates to address revenue assurance challenges inherent to individual service verticals - Wireless, Fixed, Cable, etc.
