NewsROC implementation for fraud management results in immediate and effective fraud management for O2 Ireland

Bangalore, INDIA - Subex Limited, a leading global provider of Operations and Business Support Systems (OSS/BSS), today announced that it has successfully completed the implementation of its ROC for fraud management at Irish service provider O2, a part of the Telefónica group.
O2 Ireland, headquartered in Dublin, is a leading provider of progressive communications solutions for subscribers in Ireland. O2’s existing operations required development in key areas of fraud management to address the needs of changing services and enhance protection against fraudulent activity. O2 chose Subex’s fraud management solution for its modular approach, which allowed O2 to select the functionality that met its immediate business needs with real-time detection capabilities. Post the implementation of Subex’s ROC for Fraud Management, O2 was immediately able to identify previously undetected fraudulent behavior, enabling it to move to more pro-active fraud management.
